I’m going to use this blog to reflect periodically on the complex relationship between academic technology(A.T.) and academic pedagogy within CUNY and the ways that dynamic plays out in our consideration of how best to use A.T. to improve the quality of teaching and learning in a variety of educational environments and contexts. I will use the work of The Graduate Center’s Interactive Technology and Pedagogy doctoral certificate program, which I founded and have coordinated the past seven years, as the jumping off point for these observations. Feel free to join in.
